Role Overview:
Support daily store operations by managing aircraft materials and tools, ensuring proper storage, handling, issuance, and documentation, in compliance with aviation and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue spare parts and materials for line and base maintenance
- Maintain storage facilities to aviation standards
- Update material requirements for scheduled/unscheduled maintenance
- Follow safety, housekeeping, and handling procedures
- Deliver and collect spare parts to/from aircraft
- Assist in organizing received materials into correct storage locations
- Generate and update reports on stock levels, quarantine items, and transactions
- Ensure issued rotables have proper tags and documentation
- Pick and pack serviceable and unserviceable materials
- Assist with annual and mid-year stock takes
Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Aircraft Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in aviation supply chain or materials handling
- Knowledge of supply chain procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with aviation documents: ARC, MSDS, shop reports, certificates of conformity
- Understanding of aircraft parts classification (rotables, consumables, expendables)
- Experience with airline ERP systems and spreadsheets
- Good command of English and Arabic
