Role Overview:
Support the development, deployment, and operation of AI/ML models for airline operations and corporate systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available systems that enable 24×7 mission-critical aviation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in AI/ML model development, training, and deployment
Support Python-based AI services, APIs, and FastAPI integration
Prepare and process operational datasets for AI use
Monitor AI outputs, detect anomalies, and escalate issues
Support NLP/LLM tools (document analysis, summarization, retrieval)
Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, and other teams
Maintain documentation and comply with IT governance and security policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
1–2 years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or software engineering
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Understanding of core ML concepts, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Experience with structured datasets and basic SQL
Familiarity with REST APIs, FastAPI, Git/version control
Exposure to NLP, LLMs, or generative AI is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
