Front Desk Duties:
- Welcome and assist visitors, parents, children, and staff at the front desk.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a professional and tidy reception area.
- Schedule appointments for clients, customers, or employees and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
- Maintain a database of parents' and kids' contact details.
- Organize and update kids' schedules and attendance records.
- Maintain and update various report trackers as needed.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Provide administrative tasks including, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintain and order office/kids supplies as needed. Keep track of inventory levels and research new deals and suppliers.
- Monitor all working area conditions and equipment to ensure they are within corporate standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance, and safety.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment, electrical, and aircon problems to maintenance, and keep track of maintenance work using the ABC maintenance tracker.
- Supervise the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities.
- Receive client payments (cash or K-net) when required.
- Prepare reports needed by management and Finance, and maintain appropriate filing systems.
- Manage administrative petty cash.
- Plan and coordinate ABC events and activities requested by the team and management.
- Address transportation-related inquiries and issues from staff.
- Coordinate and arrange transportation for staff as required.
- Monitor and process weekly invoices/trips for the taxi service.
- Review and manage monthly trips for staff using Careem or similar transportation services.

Prioritize and assist team members in urgent situations and contact management in case of emergencies.
