We are hiring:

Manager /Assistant Manager - Finance

Qualification : CA/CPA/ACCA- Must

experience with Contracting Industry - Must.

Job Role:

Assist the leadership team in building long term vision.

Serve as the technical expert for accounting principles, policy, concepts.

Provide expert advice to senior leaders on complex issues regarding accounting operations, accounts payable.

Examine a variety of documents, records and accounting reports to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting policies, new operating procedures, and revised regulations.

To lead, coach, train and mentor junior staff, and support their growth and drawing their career path.

Typical duties include reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing financial forecasts.

Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing actual results against budgeted performance, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances.

Supervise preparation of developing and delivering any ad-hoc reports required by executive management ensuring timely delivery of accurate information for key decision-making.

Monthly reporting on department performance and profitability to Senior management.

Supervise periodic reconciliation of accounts.

Audit support as and when required and performing other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).

Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.

Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.

Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.

Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.

Estimating short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.

Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.

Monitor and assures compliance with IFRS, corporate policies, regulations and applicable laws. Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audit.

Undertake any other duties relevant to the key tasks and responsibilities identified by the GM/CFO.

Skills:

5-8 Years of experience in the field.

Ability to work and effectively.

Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Strong demonstrated use of MS Office.

Working experience in ORACLE or related ERP system is highly regarded.

Current knowledge of industry and enterprise.

Preferred to be a bilingual candidate.
